When it comes to getting a home loan to buy a house, I’ve been there, done that.

I didn’t get the bumper sticker or t-shirt, but I did undertake training and work in the credit industry to gain a ton of knowledge and experience that I now use to assist other homebuyers.

Sometimes organising the finance to buy your home may feel a bit confusing or even outright stressful. I became a home loan specialist to help people achieve their home ownership goals after going through the experience myself and wishing I had more support throughout the process.

As a homebuyer, you’re often told you must educate yourself to understand everything that goes into buying a house – but who has the time to understand every little thing when buying a house isn’t exactly a regular occurrence?

My aim is to support you throughout the home loan process to help make the homebuying experience a positive one, and so you know where you stand when it comes to accessing and repaying your home loan. 

Besides, why would you want to spend your time playing phone tag with lenders, settlement agents, and real estate agents when I could do that for you?

In addition to my nearly 20 years experience in the credit industry, my qualifications that enable me to help you include:

·       Certificate IV Mortgage Broking.

·       Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

·       Fully accredited and licensed to write loans and work with customers through the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), and The Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA).

I’m authorised under my aggregator credit licence, Outsource Financial. Since there is always something new to learn, I’m also undertaking mentoring with a mortgage broker who has 30 years’ experience to gain further knowledge of this exciting industry, so I’m best placed to assist my clients in achieving their homeownership goals.
